To schedule an aerial scattering, please perform the following list:

1. Determine location of scattering and any additional options 
2. Call Sonya at (480) 510-1387 or e-mail sonyaqaz@msn.com

 

 

Shipping Instructions:

    1. Your funeral home can provide you with a siftproof shipping box

    2. Include any copies of disposition papers and or burial permit

    3. Enclose copy of death certificate

    4. Please notify crematorium ashes will be aerial scattered so they can be separated
